40 years ago, Douglas Engelbart, showed to the world the first computer mouse, and introduced for the first time the paper paradigm, video conferencing, teleconferencing, email and hypertext. His presentation, referred to as The Mother Of All Demos, showed NLS (oNLine Systems), the technology he developed at Stanford Research Institute’s Augmentation Research Center, which greatly inspired the first Macintosh and the 40 years of Windows and Internet that followed..
